Vectis Housing is a small, independently-run housing association dedicated to providing quality, affordable homes across the Isle of Wight. With over 500 properties under our management, we are committed to delivering excellent homes, nurturing local neighbourhoods, and supporting strong, resilient communities. As a community-focused organisation, we work closely with our tenants to ensure secure and comfortable living, while always striving to offer the highest standard of service within our resources. Our Board of Management is made up of local volunteers who bring valuable expertise, insight, and lived experience — including tenant voices — to help guide and strengthen our work.
