Code of conduct for contractors

The Associations maintenance contractors are obliged to work to a mutually agreed Code of Conduct.

This document contains what you can expect from contractors before they arrive at your property and during the time they are undertaking work in your home.

They are required to treat your home and belongings with care.

It also informs the contractor/s what they can expect from you.
