Cyclical Maintenance

This is a programme of work normally carried out on a five year cycle. The work covers the external redecoration and maintenance of the Associations properties and communal areas, including the internal parts of communal areas of blocks of flats. Although a five-year cycle is intended, we will take a view on the condition at that time and may extend the period for a further year.
