Award for Kerry Fields !

At a recent assessment undertaken by the Isle of Wight Society (for conservation), judges representing the Royal Institute of British Architects, considered the Association's new scheme at Kerry Fields in Nettlestone worthy of one of two "New Build Awards" certificates. The development was put forward by the local Parish Council, with whom the Association continues to work closely.

This is the second consecutive project for which a development owned by the Association has been the subject of an award. In 2004, the Greenfields complex on the Newport Road in Lake gained the prestigious Jo Mitchell award for landscaping.
