The Tenants Forum

In an attempt to drive up satisfaction levels, as part of our commitment towards continuous improvement, we are once again trying to encourage more tenants to join the Forum. This is a formal platform from which we can learn in what ways the services we provide can be improved, what new services might actively be considered, and indeed what services might actually be discontinued.

The Forum also provides opportunity for tenants to have a better understanding of what we do, and how, and why, we do it. This can lead to a constructive working partnership, which we feel we are well placed to develop, given the day to day relationship we already have with the majority of our tenants.

We are particularly keen to recruit those who have been tenants of other housing asociations, as they have the background experience to enable us to compare our performance at a practical level.
