Following competion of the Garden Way scheme in June we have now delivered the remainder of our development strategy to 2010, and our attention is turning to potential new projects.
These will include the acquisition of two four-bed houses in Shanklin, with the asistance of grant from the Isle of Wight Council. We also intend to be involved in small rural schemes as well as larger development... About our regulation
In December 2008, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) took over from the Housing Corporation as the body which will regulate housing associations for the immediate future.
Following extensive consultation, albeit with a select few, the TSA has completed an aggressive campaign to encourage tenants around the country to become much more involved in the management of their landlord's activities.... News LetterAward for Kerry Fields !
At a recent assessment undertaken by the Isle of Wight Society (for conservation), judges representing the Royal Institute of British Architects, considered the Association's new scheme at Kerry Fields in Nettlestone worthy of one of two "New Build Awards" certificates. The development was put forward by the local Parish Council, with whom the Association continues to work closely.

This is a formal platform from which we can learn in what ways the services we provide can be improved, what new services might actively be considered, and indeed what services might actually be discontinued.
