Following competion of the Garden Way scheme in June we have now delivered the remainder of our development strategy to 2010, and our attention is turning to potential new projects.

In December 2008, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) took over from the Housing Corporation as the body which will regulate housing associations for the immediate future.

At a recent assessment undertaken by the Isle of Wight Society (for conservation), judges representing the Royal Institute of British Architects, considered the Association's new scheme at Kerry Fields in Nettlestone worthy of one of two "New Build Awards" certificates.
