So What next...?

We have started working with our tenant forum on the new regulatory framework published by the Tenants Services Authority in March 2010. Early indications are that Vectis will have to overcome new obstacles to its ongoing role as a small independent association. (See News section)

The revised Business Strategy was launched at the AGM in September 2008. This sets out the means by which key objectives will be achieved. The proposed development strategy, and measures for improving overall efficiency, leading to greater resident satisfaction, are central to the Association's plans. Copies of the Strategy are available on request from the Office. It is due for a mid-term review later in 2010.
